Over the winter two Troy United Soccer players signed letters of intent to play at the collegiate level next year. Seniors Tori Rose (17, in black) and Bri Johnson (7, in white), both of the 96/97 Girls, made their college commitments during the off season with Rose choosing to continue her playing career at Central Methodist University, while Johnson has signed on to play at Culver-Stockton College.
Both Rose and Johnson were members of the 96/97 girls team that finished the fall as champions of the SLYSA Premier Red Division. Rose, a central defender anchored a defense that only allowed 1 goal through the nine game season.
